My Story:
I fondly remember waking up in my great grandparents’ backyard, greeted by the breathtaking sunrise view of the majestic mountain Kilimanjaro. This awe-inspiring sight has been a source of motivation for me since my childhood. It filled me with wonder and ignited a passion within me to explore tourism not just as a career, but as a means of connection, joy, and adventure. The beauty of that landscape led me to realize the potential tourism holds as an opportunity and a hobby. This profound experience deeply moved me, prompting me to create Rejoice Africa Tours, with the hope of inspiring others to discover the same sense of wonder and adventure that has enriched my life.

Responsible Travel Practices
At Rejoice Africa Tours, we collaborate closely with the Multi-Environmental Society (MESO) to enhance capacity-building initiatives focused on Eco Tourism and environmental conservation, specifically tailored for guides, potters, and various other stakeholders engaged in the tourism sector in Tanzania, ensuring a sustainable and responsible approach to exploring Africa’s rich natural heritage.
Mr. Petro Ahham
Founder Member and Director
He is a founder member and director of both the Multi-Environmental Society (MESO) and Arusha NGO Network (ANGONET).Currently, Mr.Ahham was a Principal member to Tanzania Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative-Multi Stakeholder Group (TEITI-MSG) Board as well as member of National Council of NGOs in Tanzania (NACoNGO).Regionally, He was a Governing Council Member for East African Civil Society Organization Forum (EACSOF) period between 2006-2012 where he led CSOs delegate in the region in establishing a Dialogue Framework between CSOs-Private Sector and Partner states in East Africa on one hand and promoting and protecting Citizen rights and Freedom by Engaging Governments within the context of African RECs and AU-Institutions. He graduated at the University of Dar-Es Salaam in year 1993 with Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology (Zoology and Botany) and Geography with Education. He participated in other short and medium training /studies nationally and internationally. Ahham expertise and career can be summarized as CSOs Facilitator, Eco-cultural tourism expert and Activist in the fields of Environment, indigenous and human rights as well as development endeavours in general

Angelina William
Founder & Managing Director
Angelina William holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting and has been an entrepreneur since 2010. Prior to founding Rejoice Africa Tours, she gained valuable experience as a Program Manager at the Multi-Environmental Society (MESO). Angelina has a deep appreciation for nature and enjoys traveling to various destinations around the globe, including Dubai, China, and several African countries, where she finds joy in experiencing the beauty of the natural world and its creations.
Lenganasa Elong'o
Tour Guide and Trip Planner
Lenganasa Elongó, known as Lenga, was born and raised in Ololosokwan, Ngorongoro. A proud Maasai, he pursued his dream of becoming a guide by studying wildlife management in Arusha. Passionate about photography, birds, and walking safaris, his skills include photography and conservation. After over a decade with Asilia Africa, Lenga now leads safaris across East Africa, offering guests unforgettable wildlife experiences. Awarded Tanzania’s Best Guide of 2023
Saidi Makwende
Mountain Guide
Saidi Makwende is a Mountain Guide, Videographer, and Photographer with over two years of experience guiding climbers on Mount Kilimanjaro and a summit success rate exceeding 90%. He brings more than a decade of videography and photography expertise, creating documentaries, promotional videos, and photo series on travel, culture, and adventure while collaborating with tour companies, NGOs, artists, and local communities. He is skilled in camera operation, drone work, and editing.

Photographer and Videographer
Goodwill William is a photographer and videographer with over a decade of immersive experience in his career. Growing up in the slopes of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, he is affectionately known as Mangi, a title that reflects the local chieftaincy heritage of the region. His deep-seated passion for nature fuels his adventurous spirit, as he travels to capture the breathtaking beauty of the world around him while delving into the intricate tapestry of life, all of which serves to refresh his mind and inspire his artistry.
